HOLLYWOOD, CA (Hollywood Daily Star) 2017/3/7 – “I wanted to find people I thought represented our country, sort of a broad range of it,” says The Partner star Marcus Lemonis. “I wanted to pick someone…get off your fanny, don’t blame people for your problems. And, if you are a business owner, you don’t have to be mean or stern or arrogant to have people want to work for you. I’m presenting the nice, not asshole, version of The Apprentice.”

In this new adventure, I’m looking for someone with that same drive and passion to help inspire these up and coming business leaders, sustain their growth and their enthusiasm, and ensure that the sound investments we made today, are even more sound in the decades ahead.”
Thousands applied. Ten were invited to Chicago to take part in the final interview process.
Marcus Lemonis is looking for a partner to help run his many businesses. Ten finalists compete for a half-million dollar contract and an equity stake in Lemonis’ businesses. Five episodes.
Lemonis has invested more than $40 million of his own money in companies on The Profit, where he invests in struggling business then helps them succeed. His management philosophy is the three Ps: People, Process and Product. Lemonis is the chairman and CEO of Camping World, the nation’s largest RV and outdoor retailer, and Good Sam, the world’s largest RV owner’s organization.
