HOLLYWOOD, CA (Hollywood Daily Star) 2017/5/5 – “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 picks up just a couple of months after the events of the first movie,” says Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 star Chris Pratt. “It’s very much a continuation of that story We find Peter Quill aka Star-Lord… He’s taken a little bit more of a leadership role and it’s just an ankle more responsible.”
“I got very excited about it because I thought that there was great opportunity to, not just do something that it was entertaining… but there was a father son relationship here” says Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 star Kurt Russell. “I thought it was very relatable and very interesting that 20, 30 years from now will sustain more than just the entertainment value.”
The story of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is set on the same group of misfits from the first movie, who end up in an entangled situation with a powerful race of aliens which develops a series of events that lead into Star-Lord meeting his destiny and getting to know his past.
