HOLLYWOOD, CA (Hollywood Daily Star) 2017/7/24 – “I was very thankful to be a human,” says Midnight Texas star Arielle Kebbel. “I was grateful to join onto this show and play a human character who is in love with a vampire and learn what that relationship looks like.”

“Sometimes I think we’ve all had those moments where it’s like, my God, we are just going to explode” says Kebbel. “We have so much anger or rage or pain. We need something to get rid of it, and that’s where he comes in and leaches it. And in turn, that energy that he’s taking from me is actually food and breath of life for him instead of sucking on blood like a typical vampire. And so that exchange right there was, like, whoa, that’s a lot to deal with.”And I was excited to, take on this new realm and kind of see what vampires are like in Midnight.”

Midnight Texas, a super natural thriller where being different will help you fit in.

“If you guys see in the pilot, one of my favorite moments I talked to Monica about was how intimate leaching was,” says Kebbel. “Because it was like this new thing that we were introducing to society, and it was, like, okay. So I just want to make sure that I get this, you know. And..more intimate than sex because Olivia…or maybe not more. Just as. Let’s be honest. But it’s like…because Olivia has this dark, painful past.”
